Thanks!

Front wheels are Pro-Line and rears are RC10 Kidney Beans again with Pro-Line covers. Tires are Tamiya.

The Hot VW decal brings back memories of my first car, 69 Cal-look bug :D
Thank you much! My first car was a Cal-look 70' Bug. I have a 69' Convertible Bug now.

Great job! I love the look and feel of it. Nice attention to detail. Outstanding.

I take it from the engine shot that you aren't going to actually run this car?

Really inspiring build. Lovely work. 8)

I now want to put a more scale style body on my RC10. Any thoughts for other bodies so as not to copy your bug?

Use anything that you like really. I am not the first to put a Bug body on an RC10, and hopefully there will be more, so go for it!

I have not run this car since the 90's, but did race it back then. I do not have any plans on running this car as I have others I can play with.

As Todd was mentioning in another thread the bug bodies were very popular around these parts (northwest USA) just like his- slammed. They were a great body for roll overs, they would tend to roll back onto their tires. Wish I could find more pics of the old racers

Here are a couple of my Bugs from the 80's. The Brown Bug and Green and White Bug are my Sand Scorcher racer and the blue and red Bug was a friends RC10.
