A little update on the build.
I'm using the T2 battery foam pad. It's a bit thinner than the one Brian used, but i think it works.

Had a lot of thoughts around the CVDs and came up with this solution.
Flange bearings, two shim on the inside, four on the outside equals no blue washer (ASC9608).

Shocks and turnbuckles mounted to complete the front end.
Anyone having trouble with lower shock mounts binding with the a-arms?

No mayor updates. Still waiting on parts to be delivered.
Need to do the CVD's the right way with the ASC9608, bearings and crush tubes.
Milled the rims as BK did.

Found an interesting article in a RCCA mag from Dec. 1993 from the WC in Basildon.
Different milling to the motor plate and A&L spacers between motor plate and gearbox (no felt gasket)

Did the milling of the motor plate today, but the flute got tone deaf half way through the job
Turned out ok and photographed at the right angle makes the whole thing look better

Coming along nicely... where do you get those nuts for the rear suspension mount? What size are they?

If your going with the fined spacers, there are a few dirt oval manufacturers that still make them like GFRP. Don't forget the center hole/mount BK had on the motorplate/rear chassis. Looks very nice so far!

Thanx man!
The nuts are ASC8182 8-32 aluminum. I have some lying around so i felt i had to use em though they are vintage items, but so are also tires and the hydra-drive.

Thank you!
Ihave been looking around on the web without any luck, but will continue searching for spacers. Regarding the "Cliff Lett hole" i'm not sure if I'm to drill that one. It doesn't look like there is a hole in BK's motor plate for it. Unless it was used with the motor plate that has another milling to it (See picture above)
