I couldn't agree more. I'd much rather have something that Scr8p and family took 2 years building. 8)

No. It was a HotWheels convention. It was a show only for freak-show hotwheel collectors. This was probably 10 years ago. The setting was way more intimate than RCX. Most of the bigshot designers were very approachable since there was no one around.

The one I didnt like was the baldheaded Jerkoff that was supposed to be the Shop Manager. Now that was a true ANUS.

The one and only episode I saw was when they were building a rod and a bike to "match" the rod. As usual, everything was behind schedule, the crew over worked, and ultimately things jury rigged together. All I could think about during the show is what an arse cavern Coddington and the head dude were, and how pissed I'd be if I were laying the wad down for the build and getting the POS they were putting out. Sad thing is, the guys doing the work were artisans, they just were not given enough time to do the job right and several of them said so on camera.

I've got over 20 years in the construction trade and it's no different - reality tv or not. Ah well, keep building the junk, it keeps me in business.

I would have to say the alumatub or whatever it was called was pretty nice.BUT!!! Myself or someone I trusted would have to go over it with a fine tooth comb before I would take my kids for a ride in it. Alot of workmanship went into that ride but it was rushed as usual.I feel I need to add this though.Regardless of what I thought of him, his builds and his show my thoughts go out to his family.
