I had heard rumors of Evilbay/paypal withholding funds for "new" sellers, so the leave feedback before funds are released I believe is true.

First Class international DOES NOT have tracking available. One of the reasons I will only ship Priority International, even to someone I trust. As a long time ebay seller, I have been bitten way to many times on international shipments because the first class doesn't have tracking, therefore paypal does not recognize the number provided as proof of shipping. The buyer ALWAYS wins the dispute. Not to mention that first class international takes weeks to show up.

I'm just going to add to what everyone has already said-- international first class takes a looooong time. I sent vintage racer in Australia a package over 3 weeks ago and it's not there yet-- we decided to try 1st class as it was 1/2 price of Priority. I sent a package to French Polynesia for an eBay deal the day after Christmas and it has yet to arrive as well. I do have receipts for those packages, along with their sizes & weights, but no tracking numbers. I previously only used Priority for international and will be going back to that philosophy.

I'm betting that this is an honest new seller and your items will arrive...

In the meantime it wouldn't hurt to start the claims process. :D
The preceding contained opinions, beliefs and thoughts that all may not agree with. No offense was intended at any point. Carry on.

Good to hear it showed up. The same thing usually happens to me when I email the seller wanting to know what the hold up is...shows up next day almost regularly  . Make sure you get pix up for us when you get all your new parts on it.
