Are these Worlds Arms? Or just standard wide arm length? Can you even tell by the photos? The RPM arms I have only have one shock hole and are the same length as my stock wide arms. I'm about to pick this up in about a week in a lot and bonus if it'll work for the WOIN build.


Edit: The arms I have are Andy's arms with one hole and same length as the wide arms.

RPM Worlds arms have 2 shock mount holes front and rear...RPM team length arms have 3 shock mount holes on the front and rear arm.

You'd figure the longer arm would have more but it's the opposite.

How does it sit at rest with everything in it? Mine is setup to sit with the arms level at rest.

As for springs I am running green at all four corners. Working well for me.

At rest arms are level, front blue truck springs have the same rate as green buggy's (3,5 lb/in). But how much droop is too much?

I experience this before on my WOIN build, I noticed that if you don't put on limiters, the car tends to be slow to respond as it tends to rebound full length first before it will start to react to throttle inputs. ( sorry im slow in explaining ).

I guess the droop will depend on how you want to your car to react to throttle inputs, the longer the rebound, the sluggish the car will respond. That is just my observation based on experience but gurus here can chime.

Now im leaning towards a much shorter front shocks ( bigbores ), I just have to decide which front tower to use for that setup.

This will be very cool. I never saw a white 78, I think in Europe they are all black and gold.

I'm curious what most of you guys who have built an OIN car using the RC10T nose piece have done in regards to length. What position have you bolted it up in, long or short wheelbase?

I've used both. For the faster oval car I had I used long...for the offroad I used the short. Liked both settings for what they were. The longer setting made for more stability at higher speeds on the oval and less twitchiness.
