Here's a shot of the moon. I had to fool around a bunch with exposures until I got it, 300mm zoom lens. The copyright was suggested by a friend, it's not that great of a shot.

That's a great shot of the moon.... although, judging by some of the detail, the phrase "that's no moon.... that's a space station" comes to mind!

I am far and away not a photographer, and have zero idea what settings to use on our DSLR camera. But at a recent event where my daughter was gifted an adaptive bike, I took a couple shots I thought turned out great:



Then I zoomed in to the name plate



Nothing like what you guys are posting, but I felt great for my meager skills.
