Yeah, better gas mileage and we're due in May, the extended cab didn't seem like enough room for a baby seat so it was time for 4 doors. The Tacoma was a great truck, but I'm super impressed with this little Ford.slotcarrod wrote:Traded the Taco to get better gas mileage?

The last lead producing plant. There are still plenty of lead smelters recycling lead. Doe run did not produce that much lead in comparison to the those who recycle lead.gomachv wrote:Don't know if it's true but I heard from a customer that the good ole USA closed shop on the last lead manufacturing plant recently. Not that we use much lead anymore but the lead we do use will come from lands where safety is not exactly job #1.
I guess we will always have helium lol

Very cool! My mom loves her '13 SE with one exception- she doesn't like the speed sensitive steering

Re: Wife needs a new car
Well it would seems the wife is not the only one who needs a new car. while changing an exhaust hanger under my 1999 GMC sierra pick-up, I noticed 2 very large crack on the frame.
What else can you do

I did a few frame swaps on Ford trucks when I was in the dealership, it's not so bad if you have a lift, plenty of time and plenty of friends

Re: Wife needs a new car
That truck 2 years ago, has had a new motor, trans, transfer case installed, many cases of beer, a few close friend...... but it was summer. I can go no further. I'm not the type of guy to give up, and I don't consider this giving up, but it needs to go........ look for it in the BSTgomachv wrote:I did a few frame swaps on Ford trucks when I was in the dealership, it's not so bad if you have a lift, plenty of time and plenty of friends
