Little over two years later, body's done. But need to order another decal set because I botched a couple of the stripe decals. Haven't painted a r/c body since '95, so not too disappointed with the turnout.

Next up after cleaning and whitening all parts, was to glue both broken chassis tabs for the front top chassis plate. Both tabs were broken off cleanly and were still bolted to the broken top chassis plate. "Loctite Plastics Bonder" was used to glue the tabs back the the chassis tub. I used two short pieces of antenna tube to hold the broken tabs perfectly straight while initially setting them to the chassis. The antenna tubing fit snug into the bolt holes and worked perfect. This stuff seemed to work extremely well, I tried quite hard to pull the tabs off after waiting more than a full day for curing.
Is she going to be a runner or a shelfer? If you're going to run it I'd add really long screws for the top plate assembly passed the brakage and passed the height of the ribs. I would actually get even longer countersunk screws, and assemble those from the bottom and add nuts at the top.

Nice build!

Thanks, and excellent idea, but it's just a shelfer. Even my runners are shelfers...
Body mounted. Really want to remove the suspension arms and soak them in 12% peroxide (in lieu of the 3%) for a day or two to see if I can get better whitening results.
