I live and work in London and I'm thinking of moving to Canada in the next year if not sooner, mainly because I like the look of the place and it suits my interests, snowboarding, mountain biking outdoors type stuff. London is great but its full on and I miss the country side!
Just wondered if there are any Canadians on this site that could give me any advice on living and working in Canada and an insight into the country.
Lived in Canada (Ottawa, ON and Kingston, ON) for 10 years before moving back to the States last year. It is a beautiful country with wonderful people. Feel free to shoot me a PM if you have any specific questions.
I have never lived there but have gone to whistler/blackomb b.c. and Shuswap lake b.c. and bith places are beautiful. I plan most of my vacations in Canada just because of how beautiful it is up there.
Hopefully Stu (stulec52) will stop being a sponsored snob racer for a little bit and give you some insight into his move, as he's a Scot residing full time in Canadia... Stu, if you're there, step up to the plate - it won't cost you a cent!!!
