Awesome! Back in college, like 1997 or so I delivered pizza for Dominos. One of the Dominos cars was this 10 year old (or more) Hyandai. It was the biggest POS I've ever driven, or seen for that matter. The car was pathetic. Anyway, to get to one part of town there was this really long road that went through a small valley. Big hill down, big hill back up. On the trip back there was a big bump right at the bottom of the hill in that lane. I would get that little turdmobile up to about 45-50, hit that big bump and fly! It was always the highlight of my night. In flight, I would always keep an eye on the rear view and see the empty pizza warmer things in the back seat suspended in the air, followed by a nice spark show when I landed. Man that was fun.

We had a railroad crossing in the city right next to us that was about a 5' rise with no real run-up. You'd scrape the front bumper (and occasional oil pan) on the approach. I blew out a set of front shocks on a 1976 Caprice Classic on that hill. Luckily those were the days before affordable video cameras-- I think a Panasonic VHS went for about $1500 at the time and was the size of a bazooka.
Good times. :D
The preceding contained opinions, beliefs and thoughts that all may not agree with. No offense was intended at any point. Carry on.

I so tired of NOT being able to see all the cool videos posted here, and other places I go, because of my slow computer/dial-up. How can I be able to see them??

If you don't want to spring for cable, is DSL available in your area? I'm running about 1300 kbps and I'm at the end of the line for DSL.

I'm in the same position. I finally broke down and got the satellite. Only because it was $39 if I switched to Directv from Dish Network(which I was doing anyway). I'm glad I did. I hit 1.1mbs regularly. It slows down during peak times, but for the most part it's great. Blows Dial up out of the water. Of course, you still have to be able to see the southern sky which is still tough at my place and maybe impossible at yours. A signal can travel 22,000 miles from space only to be blocked by branches. You might be able to get Microwave satellite, but trees effect that too. I would think it would just cook the leaves. :?

Jumped my work van a couple weeks ago. I was following a co-worker in his van down a country road that neither of us have traveled before. We were in a hurry (read: Flying!) down the road and I was drafting (read: right on his a$$) when all of a sudden his full size van was a good 2 feet off the ground. I didn't have time to check up because of the fuel saving, max speed slip stream I had going and before I knew it I was I would guess 2+ feet in the air in my minivan. To my surprise it landed pretty soft. My tools and gear were scattered all over the back but no damage done. Maybe I should rethink my truck of choice for next years TORC series! LOL!!!
