My dream car growing up was the 78-82 Corvette. I was going to buy one for myself when I graduated high school. Unfortunately, life got in the way of that dream. However, it lasted through my college years and 20's. Part of buying the car meant going to a performance driving school, not only so I could enjoy the car to it's fullest, but so that I could do so without killing myself in the process.

Now, I'm all about comfort, so I'll keep my full sized truck with all the amenities. Besides, in the truck you can intimidate all the moronic drivers on the road, in a Vette all you can do is hope that the idiots will turn off so you can have the road to yourself.

i drove behind a porsche carrera gt once in my parking garage. the guy would blip the throttle goin up the ramps and that thing was SWEET.

first time he did it he scared the crap out of me. pure fury.
