Can B4 rear shocks fit the Graphite ?????
My Graphite runner is in desprate need for new shocks as they are beyond help.
So of to the bay I went and won a set of new in packet gold shocks for $23.00 U.S and was bidding on the matching rear but after $40.00 U.S i bailed out.
So i was thinking for $40 i can buy a new B4 Factory team shocks complete with gold shafts.(No springs) I can put limiters in to limit down travell if needed.
Any thoughts of this???????
Thank You.

looks like the b4 shocks on the rear use a 1.02" shock shaft, and a 1.18" body. Since the 1.32" shocks are traditionally assembled with a ton of spacers installed under the shock piston, I would think they would work just fine, just need to tweak the spacers to get the ride height and droop you want.

your also probably gonna want to ad spacers to the outside of the shock shaft to make up for the shorter shock body. the suspension needs to bottom out before the dogbone binds in the outdrive.
i'd just by a pair of 1.32 shocks and be done with it.

T4 or SC10 or GT2 rear shocks with 3 1/8" spacers under the piston are the ones you're looking for. I got a full set of T4 factory team shocks off Ebay for $20 shipped last week. I would stay away from the old style bottom loaders if you can just because it's easier to go with new shocks, and they don't leak

nah, that's not me. I've bought stuff from him before, decent ebay guy. some of the shipping is a little high, but sometimes you find some nice deals from him.
I happened to be doing my normal ebay browse when I saw them, right around the time i read this thread, so I figured I'd send the link.
