SpazStix Candy Paints

Post by Coelacanth »

Anyone have experience with these colors, and some pictures of your work? I'd love to see their hard-anodized colors like Candy Green & Blue. It looks like it comes in an aerosol. Does it bond to Lexan like the Pactra paints do?

I use them on certain instances, mostly blending, shadows and creating textures through lighter colors. They are excellent to paint with, but lacquer-based, so you need to clean the airbrush up with solvent thinners. They are better to paint than water based paints like Faskolor, but expensive and hard to find, and more damaging to the environment and your lungs.

I wish I could get these and the House of Kolor paints a bit easier—I'd use them more often.
