Alabama getting pounded by tornados right now

Near miss for me here just north of Montgomery, thank goodness.

Lots of unfortunate folks near Birmingham. They are reporting an F5 touched down.

It look s like we are in the clear but we still have some preatty severe weather coming.

Anyone else impacted by these storms?

It was a pretty crazy night. There were several small tornados that touched down within 15 mins of my house (we just went through this a week ago, a tornado killed 3 about 5 miles from my house about 7 days ago). There was a super cell pass right over the house which was intense to say the least.

I looks like the news is reporting about 123 killed last night in AL alone, 193 between a few states.

Reggie, did any of that come your way. It sure looked like it was heading your way.

Not as of yet, the cells look like they are going to pass about 30 miles to the southeast, which is good because it weather pattern is always traveling from that same direction which means it looks like it is pushing away-

I hope they don't come through here - Raleigh took quite a beating from tornados LAST week. We were very lucky just west in Cary, but MANY were not so. Glad you guys are allright.

I feel for you guys in the USA. We don't suffer them here in the UK, but watching the footage on SKY tv; it must be a frightening time!

9/10 days here under a tornado watch. No real damage, but there's more water than I've ever seen. I feel really bad for some of the families losing their homes.

Fortunately we didn't have any damage on our house, but the neighbor right behind me lost most of his roof. I hope everyone else is doing ok after all that crazyness.
