hey guys,
im runnin a stinger 20t with the novak rooster on 7 cells with 19/89 gearing on my rc10t. It moves really nicely but I was wondering if I adding a capacitor to the stinger would add some zip. There are two capacitors, one from positive to ground on the motor and one from negative to ground. I read on a different site that you can put one more from the positive tab to the negative tab on the motor. I kinda feel like this would just suck battery. What do u think?

Sad story about what happened at the foundry. He used to advertise the 427 in RCCA during the 90's. Personally I liked the look of the 427 better as the 609 is pretty modern looking. Regardless he is still an extremely skilled craftsman.

Why is an english manual for the Stinger MKII so hard to locate? If the MKII was purchased new from Tower Hobbies BITD, would it have had an english manual? BTW, I have the Japanese version but somethings are hard to interpret.

I have had my Kyosho Stinger MKII stripped down to the last screw for a few weeks now. I needed shock oil, and diff grease before I could start to rebuild.

With the original tires the body looks huge, I would prefer 1/8th tires or maybe some tall2.0 crawler tires... but I had these tires already and no other purpose for them... so weighing up econmy against looks this sis the best outcome for now.
You can always just buy it some "vintage" mod-
