Help with some old transmission parts

Got a losi parts lot buy. I needed a couple of the items in this buy and it turned out cheaper to buy this than the actual individual parts, but anyway, here are some things I need help IDing

I know the gear on the left is a hydradrive with spur, what is needed to mount this on a JRX-pro?
The middle spur and spur on the right I'm not so sure about (also what is the top shaft in the middle for? It's different than the one in the gearbox)

Is this the standard top gearbox shaft and gear?

They look like spur gear adapters to run any gear on a losi
