is a futaba 3-pmx 3 channel 2.4 any good

just wondering about this radio i found one for sale localy for 100 with reciever but no servo.
and how much are rxs for this radio or does it work with other rxs.
would this radio be better than the fsgt3b.
would the fsgt3b rxs work with this radio.

well after searching it looks like the 603ff rxs are 75-90 bucks each.
now im not sure about the radio unless i hear it is realy good.
im just not sure about the fsgt3b maybe ill have to give it a chance.
would like to race some day thats why i was thinking the futaba would be better.
maybe ill have to by both.

Yep, you found the downfall of the radio. RX are expensive. If you have 10 cars...ouch :shock: .

Haven't heard anything bad about that radio at all performancewise though so its up in the air wether its right for you or not.

Its a great radio.

BUT.......I sold mine with 3 receivers for $250 and bought a GT3B with 4 receivers and a lipo battery and still had a $100 in my pocket.

Loke Todd said if you have 1 or 2 cars go for it but if you have more than that find something with cheaper receivers.
