Re: Bandit Trans Am
Is it a matching number car? Original 4 speed car? T-tops? Chrome valve covers? Deluxe interior? Options(8 track, air, apperiance package...ect.? All these things plus more are to be considered. I would run the vin tag and options tag under the hood to check also if it's a true special edition.

That 400 is a SB if I'm not mistaken- and for 21 for a stock T/A sounds high to me even if it was an SE.

Re: Bandit Trans Am
Pontiac never offered a "big block". There all small blocks

Re: Bandit Trans Am
440 what, Chrysler? Pontiac never had a 440. 350, 400, 403(olds motor)455 is what was available in second gen birds. Other pontiacs like the goats, tempests, big car series had 428s but still all small blocks. Large valve heads yes but still considered small blocks.
