White Worlds rear arms??

Post by GoldRush »

was going through some more boxes of parts seperating good from bad and matching sets for future builds and came across a sett of white rear arms that dont look like any of the other white rear arms i have. there is a raised "x" in the area where the other white rear arms dont have it. the only other arms i have that look like them are the 2 sets of black worlds arms but i dont remember seeing white arms on any worlds cars and i checked the history thread and didnt see any mention...i know there was an early and late and the late was all black and the early had some white parts but not rear arms. im asking because i was thinking that if they are worlds arms that i would attempt to build an all white worlds car...would use an orange tub milled and mirror polished or powdercoated white.

do you think its a bad twilight zone episode for team associated to be re producing a buggy from yesteryear that is capable of beating their latest and greatest production buggy?

They're late arms, correct for a late 6011/6035/6036- molded in the 93 era

so that would make them pre worlds car since it says 94-95 in the history section. so the worlds car arms were molded the same as these just in different material?...i notice it says something about carbon in the worlds arms. thanks for the clarification...still something different and would be cool to use on something.

The mold is the same, the material is different. And, to add to the confusion there are those same arms.....with fiber in white too  these were pre worlds

I got one of those white fiber arms....the color is clearer, like an RPM white rather than the off-white of the standard Assoc. nylon. I'd take a comparison pic but my camera is too crappy to show the difference. :(
