Romulus22's MCE 1000
Picked this up recently. I love these early 70's cars.
Took a before picture for my archive thread.
Then took this right after I started cleaning. Tires are drying, and you can see the difference in the motor mounts.
And more cleaning to come but that's it for tonight.

Model Car Enterprises is who made it. 1000 is the name of the car I believe. I'm not really positive but that's what my research has turned up.

Not really an update to the car I started with. But in relation to the thread.
I bought this with the intent to use the best of the two cars to make one nicer and sell the other. But now its in my hands I'm going to leave it in its original state.

Good call on leaving that car as is. It truly is a thing of beauty! Would love to have one of these in my collection one day.
