TT owns AE, takes profits and makes most parts and all rtr's for them, but out side of that AE is all American and mostly the same good old AE, with all in house R&D, from much of the same good old staff! I was told that it was run as a separate entity!

You could compare with the likes of Fiat owning Ferrari!
