Spektrum DX3E and SR300 binding issues.
I have a SC-10 with a Tekin RS esc. a Hitec hs-965mg servo, and a SPS5000mah 2 cell lipo. I had a XP3-SS radio with the small xp reciever that i stole from a 18t. The batteries were already in the transmitter so I just had to push the bind button. Worked great! I just got in a Spektrum DX3E transmitter, ( the one without the screen ) with a DX300 reciever. I plugged everything in including the binding plug. I turned everything on and nothing. The green led on the reciever just keeps blinking green and there is a green and a red light that are constantly on on the transmitter. The reciever and or transmitter can't find a GUID number. Am I going to have to go out into a field or something where there won't be any electrical noise to get it to bind? Am I doing something wrong?

After you bound the radio to the receiver, did you remove the binding plug? If I read your post correctly, you left it in. (D'oh, I did that once, too.)K-TOWN-KITT wrote:I have a SC-10 with a Tekin RS esc. a Hitec hs-965mg servo, and a SPS5000mah 2 cell lipo. Sucess! All the epa's were maxxed out. Also I didn't know you had to hold the bind button on the transmitter as you turn it on. This 2.4 stuff is all new to this caveman.
