Can someone help me by letting me know what tyre options there are for the standard JRXT 3 piece wheels,i read somewhere that the mounting is different to more modern tyres.. Thanks everyone sorry if this has been done before i couldn't find much info

They're still 2.2", same as they've always been but the newer tires don't hold in the 3 piece rims for crap. The inner beading is different, and the soft compounds move too much when they're clamped together, even fronts come loose. Any older Losi tire, Proline RED 90 series (all truck) etc work just fine.

Hi all, I have a set of truck tyres that came in a bundle of stuff.

I recently picked these tyres up and I'm not certain what they actually are

They are not OT-66s and from the pics I have seen of W-5032s these are different, the tread is almost more like OT-30s though these are not OT-30s, they fit on the regular...

Look a little like those from an early Yoke(834B style) and would need gluing to a rim i.e. have no bead to fit inside a rim

Anyone have any ideas who made these and which car they were for?

Does anybody recognise these tyres... my mate gave them to me inside a bag with the mini decal sheet that sometimes came with old Schumacher tyres, there was no header card & there's no markings on the sidewalls so i'm pretty sure they are not Shumy...

Thanks Dennis - that must be them, must admit I'm not familiar with the ARP brand..... they appear to be nicely moulded, & yes they are 2.2 & feel quite soft. I guess they were good in wet conditions?

Are there any tyres still available in either 2.0 or the smaller size?

I dont want new 2.2 as its only for running round the garden and I prefer the look of the smaller sizes.

I put the 2.0 Tamiya spikes on instead which were a much tighter fit so hopefully they don't need glue.
