New Worlds Car... Who's's going shelf queen or track runner?

This topic is going to come up eventually, we all know it!.. LOL!!

So who is building the new Worlds car to be a shelf queen or a Saturday night local track runner?

I'm going box art shelf queen on this one. It will sit beside my re re Classic box art car, Team Graphite car, and I'm building up a Champion Edition Team car using new re re parts and old parts for a late edition all black looking Team CE car..

shelf car for me only because i already have a box art body done for it already , i brought showcases woin car and i run that since he did a worlds knock off with it and it has all the parts in the trans plus the worlds rpm conversion so i will just park it next to my other shelf cars

I'm going to have a queen and a runner! Just like every RC10 I own, Can't wait! Ohhhh VAE? I need another BK body painted! The queen will get BK box art, the runner will be my own flames! I'm soo excited!

My Worlds will be a runner. I thought about it until AE said it would not be a limited run kit. That sealed it. She'll run for sure.

It's getting there. Stinking leaked shock oil getting all over, though.

it would be nice to see how long they offer it for because if they come down in price i mite buy another to run. but as i said i have my runners but they all have the rpm world type arms so my other cars that have b4 parts like the worlds have are mint and i dont want to ruin them so it would be nice to have a rc10 runner.my son wants to race and up until now its been the b4 but he love my rc10s and he wants to run one so this mite be a xmass present for him if the keep running the production on it. so nice to see pics before i get mine btw! has anyone notice the increase in original worlds cars for sell on ebay now? one part i know my runner will get is my aluminum worlds bulkhead i make lol and my spring cups.

I have 2 on the way. One will stay in the box and the other will be in the dirt at the track soon.

I"ll be putting the big bore shocks and RCCW towers on it. Titanium turnbuckles (hopefully Lunsford will release their worlds retro kits soon) and RPM rod ends. Bearings in the steering and a few other little tweaks, but that's about it. Oh, the chassis and shock parts are being te-anodized.

I'm planning on using the kit shocks for a Re-Re team car build. That one will most likely ride a shelf.

I just found a vintage Worlds car short eared black bulkhead tonight at our local carpet track for $4. They also had a couple graphite tranny braces for $5, got one of them too.

Runner, with a simple Speedpassion 3000kv brushless set-up, unless once its built I'll look at like I have all my other new built runner cars, that end up sitting on the shelf LOL

I've ordered two which will be shelfers, one is staying in the box and the other built for display. I would like a third for a runner but my finances won't allow it.
