22 sct or 22 sct 2.0

Post by Newbie Rc Guy »

Is it worth buying a 22sct 2.0 or buying a used upgraded 22sct? Just trying to weigh my options and narrow it down .

Agreed, but:-

I had a 22 buggy and got a 22 2.0, the difference in changes is quite significant in suspension geometry both at the front and rear. There is a Horizon video online with Dustin Evans who explains the differences between the 1.0 and 2.0 and based on that I decided to go 2.0 rather than upgrade the 1.0. I would imagine a SCT 2.0 would also have those changes.

Overall the 2.0 should be easier to drive on the limit and also the components more resilient to wear. Its a definite improvement.

I have the version 1 and it is the most fun to drive truck, outta all of the trucks I've owned.
The 2.0 should be even better, there's some nice upgrades that come with it.
