My Blue gt and rc10t light weight build.
Hello everyone
I'm new to the forum but not new to the hobby. I Currently own and operate my own hobby store with my family and love the vintage rc10 stuff. I grew up racing 2wd gas truck and always loved tub pan stuff. Here is some shots of my 2 latest builds. The gt will probably not be run (I have about 6 of them) and the 10t will be raced once in a while.
Still have some loose end to tie up but they will be done soon.
Now for the 10t. The chassis was in rough shape when I got it so i didn't feel bad cutting it up. I took it out this last weekend to my track and it was crazy fast and very easy to drive. I was beating up on a few 4wd sc trucks and pulling laps almost as fast as the 1/8 truggy guys.
This was the start of the build and pics until it was done, took me about a week to finish it.
Proline 22t bulldog body fir mint once I used longer front posts and a buggy single rear post.

Nice stuff, especially that gt. I think you need some chassis braces on that 10t, though. That thing is going to fold up if you hit anything with any momentum.

I had braces on it and took them off, chassis didn't work with them on it was too stiff. I have some thinner carbon coming to try them but the track took a few its during the race and its still straight.

Looks good.
I'd recommend a servo saver.
