YOKOMO 870c or YZ10

Well my yokomo 870c turned up in the mail today and some off you may recognize it as i bought it off ebay and i must say its in alot better condition than i first thought, its so clean there's nothing at all it needs, i was considering pulling it down and rebuilding the shocks and the diffs but they feel awesome, the diffs are so smooth and even more surprisingly the shocks feel great and dont leak wich is impressive considering its close to 30yrs old, apparently it was built as a replica of the 1989-91 world champion car that was advertised in radio control car action, it really is a nice replica and the only thing i can see different from this one and the magazine one is the black shock collars which i have the correct ones on the way.

I was wondering if anyone can help me work out if its a 1987 870c or the 89 yz10 that was released in America, l know the Japanese one had pink wheels and the USA version had white wheels but i am not sure which one this is as the white wheels might have gone on later when it was being reproduced as the 89 replica, is there any other way i can tell cause although i am a huge fan off the yz10 i dont know enough about them to determine which model this one is. Any way hears some photos i really hope someone can help me shed some light thanks.

Thanks for the replies, I think i will leave it as a yz10 i love the replica look, i thought there might be a bigger difference but if its only wheels and a body i am happy to display it as is.
