Length of ASC 9754 CVA Bone

Post by BACK_AT_IT »

I have a CVA but not sure which ASC number it is. I believe it might be a ASC 9754. Tried finding the length end to end online but no luck. Can anyone help with this?

Thx!

that part number is listed as a b44 rear bone. As far as I recall, these are used typically with the WOIN builds and are slightly shorter than B4 bones, which I think are 67mm. So they are likely 65-66mm. the RC10 bone is about 60-61mm I believe.

now, the other issue is how that dimension is measured. I think everyone does it differently, where I think it should be center to center of the pin-pin or pin-cup/ball center. Some companies list the overall length, which isn't truly useful honestly.

at some point, I wanted to make a thread listing a bunch of bone lengths, but never got around to it.

The 9754 according to Associated should measure ... 9754 Rear CVA Bones B44 B44.3 RC10B44.1 62.7mm c/c, 68.7mm e/e
I pulled one side off a B4/B44 setup I have on a car and measured appx. 62.5mm center of pin to center of pin.
Pretty sure you add about 6mm to find overall length.

Yes the pic is great thank you. With my less sophisticated measurement device I’m about 63-64 mm. So it’s likely the 9754.
Thanks guys!
