I think it was actually a poster you could buy. Used to advertise in the back of RCCA.

in the french speaking world, we had this one:

I vividly remembered this pic from being a 15 year old lad (!) so I set about trying to find it and it eventually turned up in a 1990 UK Radio Race Car mag in the 'Racing Lines' section.

It was indeed a poster you could purchase. I wonder what the others in the series were like?! :shock:

Looks like the same style of a Tecnacraft advertisement. That JRX buggy has a set of Tecnacraft wheels on it.
