Body for wide chassis

Post by Synergy »

I’m looking for body options for the car below, I know a few of you have wider chassis so what have you used? I’m not overly keen on the Andy’s Renegade, I prefer Viper/Protech 2 style. I was thinking a JRX2/Pro may work.

I think a Jamin Jay jumper body would work!

And that’s a nice looking body, is there anyone other than TBG producing them?

I think a JRX Pro body would have plenty of width.
I have a very similar chassis, possibly even a little wider at the front.

But I can't bring myself to place a Losi body on an Associated build.

Here are a couple fitment shots

I have yet to find a body that I like and will fit :(

I followed his Oldrc.com link from here and it took me to the store, they have scoopless mirage bodies too, I could do with one of them as well 😎

That JRX Pro looks like a good fit, I have a few new ones in the loft, that might be the answer. However I also have a Protoform California Rattler that’s new on a JRX Pro that might fit the bill too. I have zero Losi/Associated scruples 😂
