Hi the known.

Yokomo chain, wheels, gears (dark = older) rear shock mount motor spacer rear tranny all are hallmark Yokomo dog fighter.....

Was this a standard car release?

The chassis and front shock represent nothing I can reference..... the top A arms have been replaced with rod type.

Looking for a body that this would have come with..

That's mostly a Yokomo Dogfighter YZ-834b but the chassis has been replaced altogether , the gearbox , rear and front suspension is there , the front top arms have been replaced with twin adjustable links that were a fairly common mod in the day , It's also got a twin front shock mod that was common , it may well be a dirt oval conversion this was not sold in this form as far as I'm aware .
