i need a measurement of the battery strap from the end at the rear bulkhead to the mounting holes. also, the distance between the center of the 2 mounting holes. any help would be appreciated.
From the bulkhead end to the center of the screw holes is 4 5/8”. Screw holes center-to-center is 2 1/8”. Here’s a pick of the factory team version from my B4 runner (whittled down in the front for battery wire clearance). Just so happens, it also fits the old RC10s nicely, too…
i made a little mod to my b4 battery hold down strap. i thought i would share in case it is of interest to anyone. i don't know the various versions but i think this applies to the b3 and b4.
i liked the newer style with the 90 degree thumbscrew...

My new batteries are a little taller/thicker which prevents the stock holder from going all the way down to hold it. Any suggestions on a different bracket to hold it down? Not so excited about velcro.

Fiest time the RC10 came out, it had fiberglass battery hold downs. And Two servo savers. Not one. Who can back me up onthis one. I know because I had it before.

dose anyone know of an esc for brushed motors that can hold 10.8v and 17x2t motor i am looking for one to pretty reasonable priced i am not going to race most likely just want something that i can bash around with

The width is 1.86 , and the length is 3.80 .
I've run several brands of shorty packs in them and they have all fit nicely. 8)
