Re: Substitute for B2/B3 rear wheels
Hey Michael, no Sebastian  , 2.2" HPI wheels and rear plastic hex adapters are still available from Tower , I ordered several sets last month and they work perfectly! Cheap and easy! http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXCEA1&P=ML http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-...

Re: New member's parts for next project
the shock tower on the upper left is just a regular RC10T tower. previous owner drilled some extra holes on them that's all. try sheldon's if you are looking for one. Looks like a great start to your project! What exactly is the shock tower in the upper left. I thought it was for an RC10T, but when ...

Re: New member's parts for next project
i will use the b4 cvd's since the worlds arm mounts will probably cost me an arm and a leg.
scr8p wrote:so, are you planning on running b4 cvd's and rims on the back? if not, your gonna need to find a pair of worlds rear arm mounts, and modify the chassis.

Re: New member's parts for next project
Received some new bits today to continue with the project. Still waiting for my white RPM 2.65 gearbox to arrive. Just wished I had a white truck front bulkhead, the black one looks out of place. Off to fleabay......

Re: I FINALLY Won a WHOLE Vintage Ride on eBay!!
Nice score man......I think you can still recoup quite a bit seeing that it has the RPM arms on it. The Futaba radio system looks to be from the mid-90s. I ran the MC210B (w/reverse) esc in my RC10 back in 1993. The motor decal resembles the Slot Machine motor.

Re: New member's parts for next project
Thanks...I anodized the nose plate myself. It wasn't too bad since its such a small part, still surprised at way it turned out.JK Racing wrote:the RC10 worlds suspension set up uses a 10T nose plate...
love the plate though...did you do it or have a company do it for you?

New member's parts for next project
Been a lurker for almost a year now and finally have some time to get back to wrenching my RC10. As far as background, I picked up my first RC10 CE back in 1992 and still have it today. It's bone stock and has been run a few times but mostly its a shelfer. In the last couple of months I have been sl...

Re: RPM Stealth Conversion
So, I take it that no felt gasket is needed ? Those felt pieces are hard to come by. Having not seen a RPM Stealth tranny case, does it have screw holes for the tranny brace ?

Nice find. Please show us the end result after you "siebenelch" it. I am in the process of doing a similar mod myself.

Re: Rear Arm Mount
Bummer man......I only managed to get one pair. Think it sold out within a few hours after aconsola (Thanks again!!) posted the link. $5 was a good deal. If anyone needs them, the blue ones are still available but at a higher price (linky http://www.hobbyetc.com/cgi-bin/item.cgi?part_id=10945). Its ...

Nice looking 10T. Is that blue paint metallic (brand/type) ? Might have to revive my scratched up chassis the same way.

Re: Rear Arm Mount
Dropped by the local hobbyshop and picked up the RC10GT rear arm mount (#7651) since it looked like it will fit. got home and realized it doesn't fit. The holes on the mount does not line up with the gold tub chassis, its pretty close though. You figure associated would just keep the hole spacing th...

Rear Arm Mount
Seeing all the cool RC10's on this board has made me want to get my old car out (RC10CE) and run it again. However, I didn't realize the rear arm mount is broken. The manual says part #6360 but it seems to be discontinued (Tower). Did a search and it seems the rear arm mount from a RC10GT may fit. I...
