DS steering problem or not?????
Hi, I bought a used DS and noticed the steering wasn't turning fully left or right. I went online for the Manual and noticed the steering blocks were installed backwards. The blocks were slant to the back. So I built the blocks per instructions and now they slant forward when mounted on the A arms w...

Re: My very first hobby RC
The original 6 gear tranny had no bearings in that spot. There would be a felt ring with a retainer clip. Not aftermarket.Just as it shows in the manual. That bearing in the pic should have a dust cover enclosing the ball bearings. Bearings can be cleaned but without the cover, replace the bearing.I can...

I use RONSONOL lighter fluid on the decals and doublesided tape.Your stuck with the black nerf bars. The dye can't be removed.

Re: RC10 3s lipo battery fitment?
Hi, No I haven't checked out the Traxxas forum,But I will.I'm not into this speed thing seriously.Just playing with it.I'm more into the 1/4 scale than 1/10 scale.I get into these moods and switch back and forth between the two.I built the dragster last year. It's been so humid here that it's only be...

Re: RC10 3s lipo battery fitment?
Well the idler gear cleaned off half it's teeth.I built this air dam hoping to keep the front end down. And adding some lead ,It worked kind of.I went from 47.7 mph without the air dam to 51.7mph with it on.But thats only at 3/4 throttle. As soon as I go full the front end comes up.So now i'm changi...

Re: RC10 3s lipo battery fitment?
I bought the Venom 3s 5000 lipo.It fits in the tub no problem. Both ways.I bought a B2 or 3 slipper clutch.( The disk is round) to replace the original smaller slipper and the difference in performance is like night and day. With a 16-90 gearing I couldn't lift the front wheels but with the new slipp...
