I believe shorter wheelbases have the advantage of maneuverability at the expense of stability.
The shorter chassis' were intended for small tracks with very tight corners.

Re: What shock springs are these?
My last generation RC10gt came with blue front springs that required quite a bit of preload spacers than what I was use to.

Re: Small winter project. T2
Great im gonna have to pick some up. all the turnbuckles and universals are rusted up. Did the T2 originally come with the older style lower spring cups and preload clamps? My B2 from around that same time has the newer spring cups and clamps. Also the front green springs are more like a neon green ...

Re: Nix/CNCrc Stealth car build- "Stealth Team Car" version
A T2 tub may not be chronologically accurate, but it would definitely make it look a lot more "production" than prototype. Along with black plastic parts(I know I know), T2 rear hubs and black shock towers. If the stealth car made it to production much sooner(rather than waiting till the B...

Re: my first rc10ds build
oh that's clean and mean. nice build. I pretty much have the exact same hub, wheel, and tire setup on my DS rebuild. The tires were toast after only like ten packs. I only have a tame 21 turn BRUSHED motor and old NIHM's running through it. not a powerful brushless setup like yours. The tires were w...

Re: Im about to go friggin postal on the postal service
what about the delivery guy that only gives you about 5 seconds to answer the door! you hear the doorbell ring and you literally get up and walk to the door and by the time you get there(no more than a few seconds) the driver is already in his van driving off and you have one of those sorry we misse...

Re: 91 Masami Stealth replica COMPLETED!!!!!!
It looks as if on the 89 car the front is higher than the rear. On the 91 car the rear is higher than the front. The angles of the chassis relative to the floor are at different angles exaggerating the kick up angle difference if any difference at all.

Re: 91 Masami Stealth replica COMPLETED!!!!!!
It's also pretty awesome Team Associated seems pretty cool with all this(so far). You're essentially taking one of their most important designs and moving some money around with an unofficial and unlicensed replica. They seem to understand that the enthusiasm over all of this is good for the hobby a...

Re: B3 help, or maybe it's a B2, but guy in store said B3 lo
There's plenty of replacement parts. They're just under a different name. Thunder tiger bought out Team Associated and they still sell a buggy based almost 100 percent on the B3. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0005p?&I=TTRD8761&P=Z there's a few a differences but all the things that...
