Re: Vote for bodies to be made.
Definitely interested in the Yokomo bodies.
Probably the Works, 870c, then the Protech.

Yokomo MX-4 with a Surprise
I've done a lot of Ebay purchasing for a lot of different things over the last decade or so, and this was the most surprised I've ever been when I opened up a box. I'm still in shock actually. Backstory is I picked up a Yokomo MX-4 in parts along with an MR4BC around a year ago. I've been slowly gat...

Always hard to tell from photos but it looks like you have a nice car there, just needs a little cleaning.

Yokomo YZ-10 Pavidis Edition
I think my Yokomo collection is breeding. LOL! I was not looking for another car but generally on the hunt for parts for a few of my other projects - 870c & an MX-4. I'm getting closer to doing something with those when I came across this guy... a 95 Yokomo WCS or Pavidis. After doing as much re...

Re: My Yokomo YZ-10 Project. Just getting started!
And my latest addition to the collection - the beginning of the B-Max4 Series of cars. This one is brand new and assembled. I have the body, wing, manual, and box for this as well. Maybe not "vintage" yet but we're getting there, its a 2008 so its already 7 years old. http://i1377.photobuc...

Re: My Yokomo YZ-10 Project. Just getting started!
My other project, the MX-4 has needed a few parts as well and I found some. http://i1377.photobucket.com/albums/ah63/regetables/MX-4%20Parts_zps2s6zcuzm.jpg I need to get some new bearings and some miscellaneous screws and I think I can put together a complete car. I'll probably end up ordering a ne...

Re: My Yokomo YZ-10 Project. Just getting started!
I'm finally starting to get somewhere with my projects now. I'd collected a number of parts for my YZ-10 but could not get my hands on a new front right suspension arm without buying another car or parts car. I may have gone that route but just missed out on the auctions or didn't like the price. Fi...

Re: that ebay mx4 restoration
Mine needs a new chassis as well and a screw kit.
While I'd prefer new Yokomo stuff to keep this all original because mine is just for the shelf,
I'll probably order a screw kit from RCScrewz or somebody to get me started.
I'm missing a few, some are bent, a number of them are stripped, etc.

Re: MX4 parts help!
Have you checked E-Bay recently for parts? I just picked up a Battery Mount Post Set, Battery Pressure Plates, and some Wheel Hubs that were the missing pieces to a nearly complete MX-4 I picked up around Christmas. I'd really like to find a NIP graphite chassis plate. I know I can get one through F...
