Finally made it out to the track. The setup is still right for the track even though it’s been changed from 2016.

It hooks right up and steers like it should.

It came with the documents and box.

What connectors were original to this?

How to build, original or with quality of life improvements

I have a build that sort of organically grew. I have been collecting parts for an early Edinger runner. The chassis was anodized before I know what I was doing. The rest of the parts are mostly NIP with some Cadillac header cards. I am still missing one pair of notched shock pistons. I also wound up...

Big word confuse me. What happened to the chassis?
I am not even remotely sure how autocorrect got transfixed from ::anodized::

Building with my Sons

My oldest son started building up his rc10t kit. Notes right off the bat the 'instruction' manual that comes with the kit was not in anyway useful to him. He couldn't even get started. The lack of descriptions, illustrations and combining of steps made them useless. I had to download the original ma...

Re: Caster Block, Steering Block, Rear Hub alternatives for T4, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3

Hello! Are there alternatives to T4, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 caster blocks, steering blocks, and rear hub? Original parts are next to impossible to find. Thanks! Dangerous has you covered, but sc10 parts also fit the 4.1-3. The integy aluminum parts are still available in a few places for front and rear. For...

Re: Building with my Son

Day 3 of the build was interrupted by hornets a few times. My son said the assembled front end looks like a turtle. This one if for the shelf. He says that he wants to build another one that will be a cheetah. I was able to show a new tool, digital calipers and talk about measurements and how to pic...

Re: RC10 DS Classic - Build

Is there a way to not use a shorty pack? Yes, the stock battery cup and configuration allows for a full size 2S LiPo, in fact I need to buy a Factory Works shorty battery holder to make that actually fit. I'm only using a shorty for brushless purposes. Does the new chassis have the battery cup spac...

Re: ReRe longevity

Isn't it more on the users to create the events, or at least show the companies and suppliers who would sponsor these things that there's enough interest in vintage racing to make such events happen? It's a completely different level of ask to have someone take the time to meet people, advertise, f...

Hornet EVO video

Here is a Japanese language video showing off the new Hornet EVO.

It's an interesting design. I think I may take a break from sending my money to Associated to send some over the Tamiya way.

Re: Resurrect NiCd pack

I've heard that Power Wheels use 540 size motors. That thought makes me daydream about making a Power Wheels RC. 😁 They already make them. Kids can sit in them while someone else controls it. I have one of those. Upgraded it to LiFe. Without a kid and no lead acid battery they are quicker then you ...

Re: RC10 Classic 40th anniversary

Hello all. Brand new to the forum here and working out how things work still. I just started building the RC10 40th here in Australia. It’s my first RC build. I’ve only just started the build but don’t want to progress further until I sort out a couple of issues. I’ve just assembled the left swing ...

For something this specific, why doesn't this come with a prepainted body?
