Instead of throwing away these wheels I took off one of my runners that was beat up pretty badly I decided to give them a second chance. in my experience the steel topshaft wears the aluminum idler which then takes out the diff gear. You can try to keep them greased, but also beware that the grease makes the aluminum powder into abrasive toothpaste.

just make sure the heat shrink isn't to thick, there is some thick stuff out there that makes the packs abit to big. Ask me how I know

I was looking to see if any spare parts are being made available and came across this. Available late May? What the heck?!?

Here's a picture of the 2 kits. As mentioned already, the difference is the length of the arms. The second picture tries to show that difference as best as I could.

For future reference: B6 (gullwing) arms with a B4 bulkhead. (this could potentially solve the expense/rarity of B4 front end parts as the B6 parts are a bit more robust) - The bulkhead pivots will need to be drilled out with a 3.10mm bit. - A bit of material will need to be dremel'd off the forward...
