Which is the Turbo Mirage, not the Mirage SS--but all but one of my WC have the SS, and I think they look great!

without scoop (mrlexan reproduction) - prior to the worlds car
with scoop (erich reproduction) - kit body for the worlds car
there's 2 versions of the mirage s.s. too, i believe.

make sure the chassis is still straight, every ine I've seen with a deeply bent k/u and braces has been pretty bowed

thanks for tip, will take the car apart when I have time but it's looking like a bigger project than I bargained for i.e. plug and play. Already scouring the bay for the nose piece as it is. The joy of vintage cars. lol.

here's another angle on the extent of the damage. notice how the nose plate wanted to go another direction. you could see the chassis right below the nose plate. no doubt that chassis was written off as well.
