Re: Tigermoth Racing B3
Yes it does... i'd love to see one being run. I must admit I can see the laydown version working in high grip situations (on carpet with foams) But I just have a hunch that in low grip conditions it wouldn't perform aswell as a more conventional touring car chassis..... but I guess thats why the upright shock option is offered?MelvinsArmy wrote:They're touring car chassis looks impressive.
Either way I love the innovation & out-of-the box thinking of this company's products

Re: Tigermoth Racing B3
The touring car is what I went there to look at 'cause it looks cool as hell. Then just stumbled on that pic of the B3. I agree the lay-down shock design may not be the most effective, but it looks cool as hell on their touring car. Even if it performed terribly I'd have a hard time mounting them the other way. I was looking at their CF shock tower selection and they look like they would fit a lot of other applications very easily and have really cool lines.DerbyDan wrote:Yes it does... i'd love to see one being run. Re: Tigermoth Racing B3
Sorry to lift this topic up but this car is so special that I have a question of it.
Do some of you guys here have it. If so please share us with more pics of it.
The link doesnt work anymore.
Jerzi
PS If there is more laydown version please share them too.

I never saw this thread originally, but I don't like the front end treatment. Or the rear.
Looks like the shocks were beaten down flat by the ugly stick.

Re: Tigermoth Racing B3
There was a guy at Cactus several years back that had a car like this. Don't know if it's same, but it worked fairly decent if I remember correctly... They weren't a main... But it looked good.
