I don't know any RC manufacturer that actually hits their expected "release date." Technically, I don't think anyone at TLR ever said it was to be anything earlier than potentially the end of February.

TLR has been giving them (the 22) away at the local tracks here (during a TLR sponsored series race).

I think the 4wd SCT is due the end of this month (on the boat, per team drivers), then the 22 right behind it.

I'm starting to see these appear on Oople, I guess they must now be on general release?

Yes.... my mate Paul (runs the SIlverstone meetings) Is in the process of building up three of them & has been posting pics up on his Facebook page - suprisingly he has said that a bit 'fettling' is required to get some of the parts to fit - not sure where though.

Tuning yes "fettling" to make things fit on a $320 kit errr not for me, I wonder how long it will take them to iron those niggles out.

I thought it was an 810 E with a truck body... :)

I had a 22 in hand at the RCX show yesterday. Really nice & smooth. Wonder how much those shocks are, my 5 link project might like them.

I saw those pics Paul posted - I did tell him that the first one he built with the gearbox round the wrong way (i.e. mid motor) but the joke was lost...or he ignored me! Hehehee
