bigwig?

Where there any knockoff Bigwigs? I was browsing craigslist today and I saw this....



Its listed as a kyosho. I've never had a bigwig, and the only thing throwing me off is the red shocktowers. I've only seen them in blue. The guy isnt asking a whole lot for it..so I was thinking about picking it up.

I think there was a toy-grade rc car that super-resembled the BigWig on the outside, but not so much under the body. I think under the body looks more like a Radio Shack car than a Tamiya. Ask the guy to see it with the lid off of it.
