I dont think they even cut carbon anymore, but i have not looked them up in the past few months.

I have to say.... Been in the "Rules" business a while and RC enthusiasts, racers or anyone that I know of, never ever read rules, Just sayin!

I agree that some people may not read the rules for whatever the rules are relating to.
But from my experience, being in the "rules enforcement" business also for a long long time, I've noticed that people just don't care. Or may just be too lazy.
But, I've been accused of not "completely" reading rules lately too for lack of reading quickly and not thoroughly.
