Re: Turbo Optima goes to full option
later, I'll paint it later
I don't know if I will do it box art, or with gold paint instead of red, or other version

Re: Turbo Optima goes to full option
Here is a little inspiration I found the other day. He has been using Turbo Optima Mid decals and the color for that Mid model. I think it looks cool!
Maybe I should add that I have also not painted my Turbo Optima yet

Well, get crackin' on that Optima. You know why they're RC10's, right? They're a RC10¢/dozen.kaiser wrote:very nice, i would love to run the heck out of it! lol

Re: Turbo Optima goes to full option
Love your style
Just a thought why use a 480 Gold motor when Option House had the Spa 480WT & the Spa 240WS. Since it's a Full Option House Optima I think that these mills suit your build up better keeping to the theme. Nothing wrong with the Gold as It suits the gold option parts too!!
I"m soon to build up a Option House Optima but without the Gold Chassis & belt drive with a box art paint job if I can pull it off.

Re: Turbo Optima goes to full option
Hi,
I'm coming back to this car ...
Finally I decided to use Salute body on this gold chassis instead of Turbo Optima, it allows a better view of the chassis when it's on it.
I used Salute V1 as inspiration, because I like it more than blue and white version, and I'm happy with the result

Great job, cyberfox! It looks sweet, love the bright paint scheme, and you're right...it lets those gold sideguards and other gold nuggets peek out for some classy Kyosho champagne bling.

Re: Turbo Optima goes to full option ... and becomes Salute!
You did an outstanding job on this build! I love it I am in the process of building a Celebration chassis Optima and was unsure which direction to go and this is WONDERFUL!!! My goal is to have every Optima in the series and soon will be 3 away from that goal. I have another Turbo Optima coming that will be the blue Salute and yours goes very well with the gold chassis
Very nice build.
p.s. - I haven't painted my Turbo Optima yet either
