Can someone out there help me identify this body that came on a RC10 Graphite I just acquired. The body is very rounded and I am not familiar with it. Any help is much appreciated.
Found this when I was researching the Nascar body that came with an RC10LSO I purchased. I can't tell if yours is one of these or not. The windows don't look the same to me. Maybe on yours they were altered when painted?
comparing the shape of the window molding line it's definitely not the Dahms and by the curve at the top of the front window and the shape of the sides it's not the proline. I ran the RCPS mostly and it's not that. Looks great but I don't recall it at all.
Thanks for the ideas. I agree, it is definitely not the Dahms nor the Proline. I will keep looking through old magazines to see if I can find it. I am not sure about the A&L? I don't recall seeing one.
I've been looking through some old magazines trying to figure out what this thing is. It's the side duct that throwing me off. I'm wondering if it's something for a more modern B2 or B3?
It's definitely not any of these:
A&L Concept '10
A&L Intruder
Andy's Mohawk
Dahm's Screamer
Dahm's Champion
Dahm's Warrior II
Hot Bodies Stealth Bomber
Parma/PSE Prelude
Pro-Line Magnum
Protoform Desert Stormer

The bodies I can't find pics of are these:
S&K Renegade
S&K Renegade Stage II
S&K(?) Heathen

I do not remember S&K bodies, so no idea there? Interesting that nobody here knows what it is. I have been looking through all of my magazines and cannot find anything at all that matches.
For those of you who have decided to make a B4-B5 style semi-permanent rear wing, how did you cut the front 3/4 of the body, and how did you mount it?
Also, did you keep using the back 1/4, and how did you mount that?
I have a rear shock tower...

This is what I have currently, also a late model style sing mount. Can't remember what car it'd from, I want to say B4 though. Note the ginormous holes needed to get the body off around the wing mounts.
Just want to share and ask your suggestion as well

So I decided to remove an old paint in one body shell.
The body shell, even the wind shield was painted in black color. The previous owner tried...

If you guys have stripped a body and have the hazed windows, try spraying them with a clear coat. In most cases, that will make the windows clear again.
Not a huge fan of the new design, sorry to say. I'll cut it out and...

The one you are calling a Cadillac is actually a Viper body, completely different and two generations newer than the original Protech. The Cadillac era could have been a Protech, Protech II or Viper but the Protech II and Viper were on CE and Team...
easiest ones to get still in manufacture are the protech and viper from associated. pretty much no others available. If you go repro from team blue groove, they have a decent selection of different bodies. Mr Lexan had a much better quality part but...

I've had a B4 body set on top of my buggy. With my rear shock tops inside the side number plates on the body it looks like I could use the body post on my rear shock tower. The length looked alright, I just need a way of mounting the front of the...
