Good job! looks very original, period correct. similar to a 7001.

Anybody know what a moody gas conversion is. Was it some kind of factory kit, after market ?. Came across one with two os motors, not to in to that. Came with a graphite team car box. :?:

See post #43 for current pictures. All other pictures lost…..

Going to base this off of what someone would have built in the beginning of the nitro craze before conversion kits were available. Only sacrifice to original parts will be a used...

Does anyone have a writeup on the old A-Main Racing (AMR) trucks as run by Kinwald, Lett, etc, pre RC10GT? I'm thinking 1991... My LHS guru recalls a RCCA writeup on Kinwald's truck.

Got two VERY different AMR trucks, both pre-GT, the only thing...

Funny what some people remember that others don't, isn't it? A lot of aftermarket conversion parts were kinda crude back in the day compared to now. I've got some Duratrax chassis' that look like they were cut with a hand saw so, a janky chain drive...

A Blast from the Past! The Year 1993. Of course working in a hobby store it's got a few hop-ups added here and there. All the White Nylon was dyed yellow.

I tried the HPI pipe fits good so I order another.

I Found the body.

Came already painted (Andy's?) I just added decals back then.

Kind of butchered it, oh well those were the day's!
