More aftermarket timeline questions

Era-wise how far off is this:

Andys arms
Andys rear bulkhead
4 hole front ce style tower
Tecnacraft titanium
Race prep dogbones
Rpm steering (non bearing)
Hard anno shocks and Black pre stealth chassis (probably the dealbreakers)

Will it blend?

If so...what wheels? TQ? Aftermarket?

well, you're looking at around a 3-4 year span with that list of parts.

That's closer than what I was thinking I need to find a use for the andys bulkhead and arms, haven't found a good build for them yet

Almost all of those parts were released in '89 or '90. The Andy's arms and Tecna Ti came out a yearish earlier but stuck around a long time. A black 6 gear chassis would almost certainly fall in that time frame too.

I don't know the release of the Race Prep dog bones, but if this were a game of "one of these things doesn't belong here" my guess would be them.
