What colors of anodized chassis were produced

I am curious other then the gold anodized chassis what other colors were there? I have seen blue ones and Ebay has a green one that the seller lists as a rare version but are these just custom anodized tubs? I am more interested in knowing what came out of Associated.

There was a factory medium red sold about the same time as the blue anno ones too
