Rc250 club racer nib kinda facebook find

I thought i would post a fee pics of my facebook find rc250 it is new but has been previously started to be assembled i can tell already it needs a front kingpin or whatever the proper term is for it i have wanted an 1/8th scale gas car for some time now and this one i think was a score for $50

I think i might be missing some peices to bolt that top plate on can anyone show me ehat i need to install the top plate specificly the front it has a fairly large hole and it looks as though i need to rubber spacers or aomething?
