It's not that badgomachv wrote:Blue anno on classic chassis
I was hoping it would be a little lighter, it's a bit on the Factory Team side

It isn't bad at all just a little too close to factory team blue. The anno shop showed me a samples left in for (I wanna say...) 3 and 5 minutes and the 3 minute had a nice light look. I was hoping that would translate but with the different materials and other variables it darkened up a bit.Asso_man! wrote: It's not that badTone usually depends on the amount of time spent into the anodizing bath and the prep job (sand blasted, polished, mirror polished...). You could always ask your anodizer to try to take it out a tad sooner. Of course that will also reduce the anodizing thickness, usually between 15 and 20 microns.
At least it isn't blotchy

It looks like a lot deeper blue than Factory Team. That's borderline violet. I like it.gomachv wrote:Blue anno on classic chassis

All the colours really stand out. I love the bronze/brownish one the most. Thats really oldschool.
Any more pics/infos about that carstand/vise?
